The Remixes have given new life to College
I agree partially with the previous review. The "College" sound itself can be sometimes dull. And that is not necessarily bad. But these Remixes have given new life to the tracks featured in this compilation. My fave Remixes are #6 "Fantasy Park" & #7 "I Think About It". BTW the track titles lack the Remix name, except for #3 & #7. The missing Remix names are: #1 "DVAS Remix", #2 "Justin Faust Remix", #4 "Russ Chimes Remix", #5 "The Outrunners Remix", #6 "Moulinex Remix".
I'm a fan of this sound...
But College doesn't have much melody to it's music. The sound is mostly dark and not as upbeat as this type of music I think should be. Tesla Boy and Anoraak make me want to listen to thier songs where as this album makes me want to stop it and listen to Anoraak and Tesla Boy.
