Relaxing and grounding
Let me begin by saying that I am a Kelly Howell fan. This was a pleasant surprise after her first Secret Meditation that was released a few years ago. While the first one never resonated with me this one is a hit. The audible portion of this meditation is in the second person and for me it was easier to follow than the first one which was in first person. By saying the affirmations in the second person it became easier for me to believe. I listened to this every night for six weeks and found that I became even more grounded as a person and much better able to cope with stress. I highly recommend this CD!
I sleep better!
I've had a great experience with the first CD and I'm looking forward to this one!
