Amazing...As Always
Tolcher once again releases great songs with beautiful melodies and honest, inspiring lyrics. The acoustic arrangements make the performances seem really intimate and laid back and its almost like you're right there with him. If this is any indication of what is to come, his next album is going to be incredible. This EP is definitely a must buy for any Michael Tolcher fan or anyone who likes singer songwriters in general.

Tolcher Knows and Passes It On
Michael Tolcher is a singer / songwriter with a rare talent to bring up the conversations about our humanness we may well want to leave hidden in dark places and not even reveal to ourself. Once he does, however, we come to know it was to know something we just forgot. Like Joni Mitchell, he gracefully marries melody, vocal expression and musical passion with an insightful and cutting lyric that provides a deep sense of being known at the heart of us. Ultimately this provides a safe few minutes to relate with a touching song that will time and again, take us from wherever we are into a new realm that leaves us present to our own (and each others') greatness, and eagerly willing to love. Thank god for modern musical prophets. Hey Bob Marley, who else besides Tolcher did you impart with this gift!?
