Wish there was an instrumental version!
This album is pretty cool, and I like alot of the music, but to me these guys need to find a better singer, I think one of the main guitarists sings for this group, and I'm not diggin it at all. Just my opinion I know, but I think they need somebody who can scream better, and have better singing parts but other than that some groovy stuff in here.
One of the better Djent bands around
This is Hayato Imanishi's new outing, and in my opinion it's much more impressive than the EP (and later reissue). The production is definitely a step up, and it seems Hayato has had some time to tune up some of the older songs. It's not as consistenly heavy as the older releases, but this one does not fail to please.
You have to figure, this is all one guy (Cyclamen does have a full live band, but Hayato recorded this whole album himself, with the exception of Travis Orbin on the drums), and that makes this release all the more awesome.
Amazing Album
Terrific album. Travis Orbin on drums, otherwise all one man, and it's well produced to beat. 5 STARS
