A Gem of an Album
This is an absolute gem of an album. Mostly a re-working and polishing of a 1995 release "Snake Handlin Man," many of these songs, both poignant and subtle, are some of their best work. Dave Carter was one the finest song writers of our time and his early death five years ago was a stunning loss. We owe Tracy Grammer much appreciation and respect for seeing this CD through to its completion. This recording deserves much more attention than it has received so far.

I love all their work! These two made some really great music, and its really sad that Dave died...... but the music lives on! BUY IT
Not a classic "country"
This album is a mixture of pop folk and naturally mostly country music. I personally hated the Snake- Handlin' man. Just plain ugly. For myself, who did not ask to ask this review - I'm doing it from the bottom of my heart - as my heart feels about this music. The lyrics are country typical, the melodies not extraordinary. Just another country mediocre album.
