Good stuff!
One of my fav Hyper Crush tracks. Sweet remix by Benny B ~
A trip down memory lane.
It's always exciting when my favorite artists get the remix treatment from my favorite DJs, but this track really took my by surprise and blew me away. Fans of Benny Benassi will certainly be pleased with this top-notch remix of Hyper Crush's "Sex and Drugs," because it's the first time in about 4 years that we've had a chance to hear the classic Sfaction sound. Though the more recent works from Benny and Alle Benassi (i.e. Pump-Kin and Mobbing) have undoubtedly been excellent, it's very exciting to hear this style make its comeback. It's unmistakably Benassi, and it's beautiful. While the original "Sex and Drugs" brought LMFAO, Chromeo, and Lady Gaga to mind, Benny Benassi's remix brings, well, Benny Benassi. An obvious homage to the Benassi Bros. classic "I Love My Sex," this remix delivers everything that made us fall in love with the Benassis years and years ago. It's all here: the synth riffs, the drums, the bass, the effects, the breaks, and even some robotic female vocals (which kick in right before the 4 minute mark -- sadly you won't experience them in the 30-second preview). Truly it's become a totally new and different song, and it fits perfectly into Benny Benassi's discography. 5 Satisfied Stars.
Solid Remix
I was pretty surprised when I saw a BB remix of Hyper Crush. Came out great
