Worship from a church where it's okay to not be okay
This project is a reflection of what God is doing in and through the lives of people who are a part of Central Christian Church Las Vegas. While these are all covers of popular worship songs, these guys have produced amazing versions. God's light is shining brightly from Las Vegas! You can see and experience this worship team every week online at centralchristian.com.
A worship band that knows what they're doing
Too many Christian artists out there don't put forth the energy and instrumental finesse I've heard on this recording and that I feel is crucial to musical development. In other Christian CD's, mostly I just hear basic guitar, drum and vocal parts that are repetitive and predictable. But there is so much going on with this band on every instrumentalist's part; not one is drowned out by the rest. The keyboard player in particular adds so much to the music that I seldom hear in other bands of this type. I think of Central Christian as a worship band with an experimental flare; I'm very impressed with the talent of these musicians.
