An Early Christmas Present, Indeed!!!
Stock, Aitken, & Waterman & the gang has given us wonderful melodies thourghtout the years. Shooting Party released a Hi-Nrg anthems called Safe In The Arms Of Love, I Go To Pieces & Let's Hang On. All have been popular in the Hi-Nrg/boytown club scene! Now, they are giving us the full never before released album by them. If you truly love the PWL sound and Shooting Party strong vocals, this is a must indeed. It's only July, so indeed this is a wonderful early X-mas present for all of us who has been devoted to Stock Aitken & Waterman and the PWL theme
An amazing achievement
It took 19 years, but one of the great PWL acts has finally gotten their album released. They were on a little label called Lisson and had a big club hit in "Safe In The Arms Of Love". Classic Harding & Curnow production that even made a splash on the Vendetta label in the US. Though the follow up was not as popular, "I Go To Pieces" still has that classic PWL sound. The third release really sealed their fate, a cover of "Let's Hang On". This album holds two unreleased gems that could easily been singles themselves. "Just A Dream" has that pumping Hi NRG sound and is instantly memorable. "Boys Cry" sounds a bit like Dollar's "Nature's Way" and I can't wait to see if there are unreleased mixes of this. "I Go To Pieces (Techno Mix)" is the same sound as the "Too Many Broken Hearts (Techno Mix) released by Jason Donovan. The rest were either B-sides "Things That You Do" or were not necessarily made at PWL. Perhaps if this album was released in 1988 instead of 1990, it would have been massive. Definately worth buying.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for these awesome unreleased tracks! Pure Eurobeat fun. All SAW and PWL fans - BUY NOW so we may get more rare tracks down the road! Hope there are some extended versions for "Just a Dream" and "Boys Cry".
