This is not a darn soundtrack!!!!
Are you all who are reviewing this actually paying attention to the songs on here? This is not the soundtrack with the pop culture songs like Hallelujah and All Star and On My Way, this is the score which is awesome! You people need to pay attention before you buy something...
A Real Review
Alright, all of you dumb people reviewing this can't read at all. Look at the title. It says SCORE not SOUNDTRACK. A SCORE is the beautiful music that is composed to accompany the movie, in this case Harry Gregson-Williams has done a marvolous job creating a fabulous main melody and a great underscore. A SOUNDTRACK is the pop-culture songs that usually appear on other albums and are sometimes used in the movie, usually the main credits. I personally like scores better, and this particular one is very well done. But for those of you who don't like movie scores and only want the pop culture songs, then don't review it. I don't write reviews about music genres i don't like simply because I am not farmilar enough with that genre. So if you don't like movie scores, then don't bash on them because they're not the genre you're looking for. And don't use the review sections to yell at Apple for not having the particual album you're searching for. Anyways, this score is very well done and any fan of Film Scores should take a listen.

First of all, dears, the title above says "Shrek: Original Motion Picture Score". Looking up the word "score" we see that it is defined as "the music written for a film or play." Furthermore, the definition of the word "soundtrack" is: 1) the music that accompanies and movie; and 2) a commercial recording of such music. Displaying your ignorance is well within your rights, but it gives the rest of us a headache. Great score of music! Fits the movie well!
