Side By Side Myself

Another fantastic release by AM, and this time, he has a few friends along for the ride. Side by Side is a wonderfully crafted album in which AM performs duets with other really amazing musicians... some of which you might or might not have heard of. Either way, purchase this album if you are looking for unique and thought-provoking lyrics and a new fresh sound. My favorites are "Hear Me Sing" with Buddy, which is hauntingly attractive in every second of the song, and the cover of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" with Tina Dico. Do yourself a favor and make sure you catch AM live on tour this spring.

Favorite of all of AM's albums. I love New Road and While My Guitar Gently Weeps! My two favorites, but all of them are really amazing

I thought when I got hooked on "Hear Me Sing" that was it. Then I heard "Temporary One". Wow. Lyrics, melody, and the perfect dash of mellowness! Yes!

Singer/songwriter AM grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and in the suburbs of New Orleans before he began writing songs in college. He relocated to Los Angeles, and after he played the South by Southwest Festival, Defend Music took interest and added him to their roster. In July 2006 the label released Troubled Times, a reissue of AM's eponymous debut CD from the previous year; the album includes tracks that made their way into several films and network and cable television shows.
