The Mutt
After listening to bits and peices of each of the songs the band, Preston Grey, has provided for our entertainment i have come to the beautiful conclusion that i would classify this group as being a mutt. Influenced by such artists as The Dave Matthews Band, Dashboard Confessional, Jimmy Eat World, and many other great artists, this group makes up a variety of great sounds on one CD by one band. A mixture persay. Ergo, the mutt. I enjoy a CD if there is alot of variety envolved. If each song sounds the same as the last, i get bored. I must say, not in the entire time did i want to change the song, or listen to a new CD. With songs like "Talk", and "Another Round", the melodic sounds of Preston Grey bring the best mixture of Dave Matthews and Dashboard Confessional to the table. This band not only has great influences, but beautiful instrumental sounds and wonderful originality to their words and feeling they put in the songs.
