Sideways
What can you say, Jamie consistently puts out great music. He blends steel guitars and twin fiddles which is a lost art in todays so called "country". JR's music is genuine and he writes most if not all his music. This type of music is what country used to be prior to the Garth Brooks bastardization of the art. It's a shame the only fairly traditional artists left are Jackson, Strait and ocassionally Paisley. There's no wonder my sons and all their friends and a large majority of young Texas teens have turned to "Texas" country. Thank God there are still artists like Mr. Richards to remind us what "country" Music is all about.

I'm not from Texas, "but I got here as fast as I could"! Jamie let's us all remember country music's roots.. A fantastic steel guitar, fiddles, and lyrics that bring you back to the roots of country. Jamie, I'll catch your next show too, and the next, and the next. A fresh, great ride! Thanks !
