Disappointing
Lisa Shaw has one of the music industry's most under-rated voices. Her voice is gorgeous and I love just about everything she touches. On this cd, instead of her team members putting her voice out in front of there music, they appear to be so caught up withe their creativity that they place her voice behind there music. On most of the songs, you don't even hear her voice in the first 30 seconds. The only song on here I like is Indo, because they give her half a chance to sing.
it would have been better...
if whoever loaded this album into itunes had paid some attention to the songs & the titles as they are completely screwed up and virtually every song on here has the incorrect title. i bought the cd of this album some years ago when it first came out and was happy enough to continue listening to it even to this day. unlike daved, i find this album to be a really enjoyable listen-very chill, very haunting and it's nice to hear la shaw do some tracks that are more progressive than usual. it's a good listen for when you come home after a late night clubbing.
