Diverse and heavy that hits on every track.
This is arguably the best import that I've come across in the past year. Textures brings a heavy leaning progressive sound that blends many shades of metal and pleases on every track. The easiest comparison that I can make would be to Misery Signals. This includes the vocal mix, where they tend to stay on the side of hardcore, but can shift suddenly to melodic. The change-ups and contrast is at times brilliant and epic. It should be a part of any metal fan's library. It hasn't left my daily mix since it's European release.

They'd be awesome if their vocals were better
Great Album!
Avid metal fan since i'm 12 yrs old, now I'm 33. First time hearing Textures and was impressed, kind of has a meshuggah feel, but better vocally I think. Good breakdowns and i can listen to it all the way through. Great album to have in the library.
