The Best it Gets!
I'm not going to try to do this album justice in words - just grab some earphones, lean back, and listen to what music should sound like. The songs are thoughtful, beautifully composed, and full of life. This is one of the most impressive debut collection of singles I've ever heard from an artist. An instant classic. One of those collections I just keep listening to....
This guy is gonna be huge
The great thing about Ryan Lerman's music is that in addition to having enjoyable grooves and melodies, it demonstrates a formal knowledge of music theory. His songs are packed full of original ideas that'll inspire any musician to grab an instrument and play music all night long. I highly recommend this album to any music lover.
Love
All of Ryan's songs are wonderful, but This is My Piano shows new energy and focus. He is technically masterful, and he puts somber emotion into his lyrics.
He is worth a listen. I think he is going to go far.
