Album Review

MCA Special Products' Patsy Cline Sings Songs of Love is a budget-priced collection that features ten love and heartbreak songs, including the hits "I Fall to Pieces," "Sweet Dreams (Of You)," and "Crazy." Unlike many budget-priced collections, this disc has a good concept that provides thematic unity, resulting in a thoroughly entertaining listen that's worth the budget price.

What can you say about Patsy?

What else can be said about the great Patsy Cline that hasn't been said already? She has one of the purest, sweetest voices ever heard. Every time I think about Loretta Lynn and the move "Coal Miners Daughter," I think about Patsy. Any time I happen to hear a Patsy Cline song, I think about Loretta Lynn. They must have been quite a handful when they got together!! It was such a shame to lose such a powerful voice and such a powerful woman at such an early age. Luckily for us, we still have that voice to listen to. This album has the best selection of Patsy Cline songs that you're likely to find. Buy it!!!
