wow, just incredible...was looking for 30 seconds to mars and this cd came up as well! Looks like you have it together. In music, it is often the visceral impact of a tune combined with its lyric that is the benchmark of great music. Such is the case with the album 'Sirens' from Seconds To Breathe. Music is, and has always been, poetry with a bass line. This is especially true in the last 50+ years. The problem is that we’ve been assaulted with a corporate-pablum-for-the-masses version of ‘teen angst’ that equates youth with anger and love with sex. The result of this is a world where an ever-expanding group of young adults have no real exposure to music that has a base in lyrical poetry. Seconds To Breathe is the hinge-pin of a new rock revolution. Their debut album brings a musicality that exhibits real-world, journeyman craftsmanship and lyrics that drill to a depth of understanding that only a poet can voice. If it couldn’t get any better, they also have a group dynamic that is as bright as the sun in the sky. The presentation of their debut release Sirens is world-class. Five guys that have given their blood, sweat and tears to eleven rocking poems that hit you hard, where it counts… between the ears and in your soul.

This album is one of the best! It is well put together. It is great to hear music that is written by the band and written well. The songs have value and every song on this album is well played and sung! Seconds to Breath is going to go places!
