Sketches from an American Journey
This CD is one of my favorites from David Arkenstone. It brings back so many special memories when I lived in a little beach house, steps from the sand in Laguna beach. Little did I know at that time that Laguna Beach is where David is from! Every time I hear 'Places in The Heart', I can hear the sound of the waves and see dolphins jumping out of the water....and those beautiful California sunsets. On one of my trips north along the California coast, this CD was my companion. This truly is a sketch from an American Journey.

David Arkenstone is one of my favorite New Age artists. I like The American Journey most in this album. It's very rhythmical and fun to listen to. Orchestra sounds wonderful too. I can just sit and listen to his music constantly. He's amazing!
