Sweet Dreams
I've suffered from insomnia for years so after reading the reviews, I thought I would take a chance and try this album. It works!! I'm asleep 20 min into it...thats amazing for me. My only complaint is that its only a little over an hour of play time, so I'm not into the deep rem sleep...therefore wake up once it finishes. I've had to loop this on a playlist to fix that. Highly recommend if you have a hard time getting to sleep.

Bought it because of the great reviews. Listened to it for 2 minutes and it already made me sleepy. Perfect for me because I have a roommate who is sometimes loud when I'm trying to sleep and this will block out the sound perfectly without sounding like just white noise. Very happy with it.

Puts me to sleep quickly. I sleep in the day and after I put this on I am out easily within 10-15 minutes. Its nothing to dance to but it is good for getting some zzzzz's.
