Excellent
From the opening track, to the close, this album is rock solid - melodically and lyrically. After Nine Days' breakup with Epic/550 records, I'm sure that the label did everything within their power to smother these guys. Why? Because they're a threat to the machine: a band who already sounded good BEFORE leaning on the majors' production power. They sounded great before "The Madding Crowd," and this record proves that they still do. So, stick it to the man, support this great band, and purchase this album.

Short but sweet. Six more songs like these would have made for a smokin cd. I'll take this though. These dudes are very good.
