Beautiful meditations you can use throughout your day!
I have downloaded these one by one and love them all! They are short meditations that you can use anytime you need to wind down, but don't have a lot of time. All of the presenters have lovely, calming voices and there is light music in the background that takes you into another world of calm and relaxation. I would recommend "Deep Relaxation" and "Point of Light" if you want to just try a couple at first.
