Where have you been ???? / I am GLAD you are back
I understand after working with BadBoy I would need a break a too! I was purchasing music and to my surpize I saw that Carl Thomas had another CD that wasn't BAD BOY AMEN!!! This CD is wonderful, grown up and much needed. It sounds like he's been on a island just resting and finally got his thoughts together and made a fantastic cd. I don't know who this label is BUT I thank them for bringing a TRUE artist back with a AWESOME album. Thank you!
Saving R&B....Rebirth of real meiodies and vocal conversation
The album is credit to past greats. In an age where everything is so over processed like fast food we are now being fed some true home cooked R&B. Carl gives you a variety of songs that cover every topic. The album deals with relationships, love, and family. It captivates the true essence of what music should sound like. It stays true to real music. If you sleep on this album you really miss a true masterpiece. It is an album that you can play the whole way through and enjoy.
His best Work
Carl is one of the best crooners in the R & B game! He is an artist that has been slept on for many years. To me, Carl is a classy guy with a classy sound. Now that he is not with Bad Boy anymore, it is time for Carl to show the world what he is really made of.
