Great Album
I was lucky enough to see Chris live for the first time ever in Boston. I had never heard of him before, but once he was done, I knew I had to get his album. I haven't been able to get this CD out of my car, everyday to work, I am always jammin out to him. Favorite song has to be Hard Way Learner, reminds me alot of myself! Keep the great music coming Chris!!
Chris Velan is a rare triple threat
I've had the pleasure of working with many talented artists in a number of capacities, and Chris Velan stands out among them. 'Solidago' demonstrates excellent songcraft, musicianship and production, and while it immediately draws you in, it gets better the more you listen. Not only is Mr. Velan a brilliant songwriter and recording artist, he's damn near virtuosic in his singing and guitar playing abilities. His live show is simply one the most engaging I've ever seen. Keep an eye on this guy. I know I am, and can't wait to see how his bright future unfolds.
