One of the Top 5 Best Emo Albums of the 90's

The Get Up Kids' most critically acclaimed and loved album is rereleased for the first time and it is still as good as ever. If you want to start to understand what 'emo' really is or what it originally sounded like at it's best than please buy this album. Every song is highly charged with true meaning and an emotional front that says "I wear my heart on my sleave and I don't care what you think." Matthew Pryor is one of the most prominant and upholding frontmen in emo music. His lyrics are very true, emotional, confessional, and they adress many matters such as love, friendship, loss, strength, depression, the ability to let go and get better. This album is awe-inspiring and amazing. It is ground breaking in every sense of the word and it is definitely a record for everyone to enjoy and find comfort in. Something to Write Hoime About is the kind of album that most bands dream of writing, it is what makes people inspire to do great things, and helps people feel understood and loved. The Get Up Kids have given there great to music, now it's our turn to return to favor.

A real masterpiece

The get up kids started a lot of what is going on in music now. If you don't know about them what have you been doing for the past 15 years.

Still amazing

By far one of my top 10 all-time fav albums. Defiantly treat yourself to it.
