Here's an assortment of movie themes and interludes composed by Henry Mancini; in addition to the original "Pink Panther Theme" there are visitations from Revenge of the Pink Panther and The Pink Panther Strikes Again, as well as the succulent theme from A Shot in the Dark. Mancini's little universe is populated with relaxing lounge piano (played by Mancini), campy dynamic action themes and the occasional syrupy group vocal infestation.

Great score from Mancini

"Son of the Pink Panther" was one of Henry Mancini's last film scores (~1994), and although the compositions lack some of the excitement and humor from his classic scores of the 1960's, it's still excellent music and very fitting for a Pink Panther film. The Bobby McFerrin rendition of the main theme is certainly an interesting twist.

Bobby Mcferrin is the God of accapella. He is untouchable and always will be. This album is upped at least two stars because of him. Can I get an AMEN brutha?!?!?!
