Amazing!
Every song on this short EP is great. Fighting For Love is inspired by Alias and William's Last Day At Work is a very catchy tune. Annette's voice is beautiful and melodic, and Kip and Tony provide an amazing landscape to carry her. The lyrics are thoughtful, poetic, and unique.
Headache Assured
Although the songs are catchy, the tinkling bright electronic tones in almost every song pierce my ears to the point they hurt. Unlistenable.
An honor to listen to
Been a fan ver since I saw them open for Blue Man Group several years ago. I'm not an "electronica" fan but I find them captivating.

Nashville, TN, might not be the first place for a dream pop band to come together, but the birthplace of American music was a nice fit for Venus Hum. Comprised of vocalist Annette Strean and multi-instrumentalists Kip Kubin and Tony Miracle, the trio formed in 1999. Strean, who grew up with a logger father in Whitefish, MT, found Nashville to be her cultural calling. She grew up singing show tunes for fun, but her fondness for the Cure and Kate Bush pushed her creatively. Strean fell for kitschy...
