Pianist/vocalist Alissa Moreno is a heartfelt singer/songwriter with a knack for intimate and melodic contemporary pop songs. A native of Albuquerque, NM, where her parents taught on a Navajo reservation, Moreno is also the granddaughter of drummer Bob Moreno, who played with Mel Tormé, among others. Encouraged by her grandfather to pursue her musical studies, Moreno ultimately developed into not only a skilled performer, but also a songwriter and in-demand teacher.
