Soooo Soothing.....
I am perfectly blissed out after meditating to this latest release from David & Steve Gordon. This new release is ideal for longer mediatation sessions with it's two tracks both in excess of a half an hour each. I do a lot of deep Raja Yoga meditative work and the Gordon's music lends itself perfectly to this. There is nothing intrusive to distract the mind and I find myself sinking comfortably into the musical landscape where I can just allow all my thoughts to drift into the background and reach ultimate levels of perfect peace.
Relaxing!
I like it...very flute-nature, drifty, peaceful and calm...great for meditation...for relaxing sleep check out "Deep Sleep Experience" ...these are my top 2 ambient albums on my ipod!
Creating a Sanctuary in NYC
I recently started a new job that has proved to be quite stressful. I was finding it difficult to relax on my way home on the express bus from NYC.....then I found Soothing Sanctuary! Dave & Steve Gordon do an excellent job of combining delicate music and nature. The result is a relaxing environment that soothes away tension and troubles. It has made my 45 minute bus ride home into a calming meditation...Thank you Dave & Steve!
