Its Reputation Precedes It

This is a classic, and it deserves to be. From the awesome action cues such as “Tie Fighter Attack” and “The Battle of Yavin” to the mysterious and beautiful alternate scoring of “Binary Sunset” to the jammin’ “Cantina Band” and to the triumphant “Throne Room and End Title,” this is a highly enjoyable album and well worth the buy.

John Williams rules!!!

I could listien to his stuff over and over and over again. I love him!!! Anytrue fan of anyone of his movie soundtrack should buy it. Battle of the heroes gives me the chillls(I know it's not on this soundtrack) and the Cantina Band just rocks (Do you think, he knows how much he rules?)

As I stand in awe...

I think to myself, "If John Willaims were to exist an any form more genius than the one he possesses now, I simply wouldn't know what to do with myself." And basically, that sums this up. This is as spectacular as everything he has composed, but this is his trade mark, his crowing glory. This is Star Wars. Your purchase of this album is highly recommended.
