Its 2011 Troy
Troy brought so much to the game in 1999. The title of this album speaks volumes to his music in the current day. Still Troy and no advances in his music. He took steps back years ago and just lost the fire that made him so special in the rap game. Now he sounds just like any low budget trap rapper. If your new to Troy peep We Ready (I Declare War) to hear Troy at his best.
