Crushing!
I have been a fan of Anthrax since "Fistful of Metal" and this is one of their finest moments! I don't want to get into the whole Belladonna VS. Bush debate because I think it is like comparing apples to oranges. Musically speaking; this album is tight, coherent, mature and absolutely crushing. Each and every song is fantastically written and the production is spot-on. Absolutely worth every penny!
Anthrax at its best!
The John Bush era of Anthrax was the best era of Anthrax. John Bush "brought the noise" better than Belladonna ever could have. The former frontman of Armored Saint and now Anthrax has the voice to be measured by in Hard Rock/Metal music (along with the likes of Sebastian Bach). The best song on the album, and maybe on any Anthrax album, is the one w/o the heaviest sound, but of pure beauty and grace..."Bare".
Great
Random Acts of Senseless Violence and Drop the Ball are a must buy. Keep it up Anthrax, always keepin' it real.
