Not bad for Albany Boys!

I have to say that I was pleasently surprised to hear how good these guys really are... "Don't Turn Away" immortalizes a couple of known scum-bags in Albany and "Dougherty County" pretty much says it all for the region! Great record guys!! I look forward to following this band's progress!

original and excellent

i dont know what that other guy is talking about with the village people, but the lost trailers rock! with their original country stylings, a tinge of rock, and down-to-earth lyrics, the lost trailers have created some excellent music in this album.

Fantastic Songwriter

Geoffrey Stokes is a fantastic songwriter. One day he will be considered one the greatest in the business. He reminds me of Bob the way he belts out his lyrics. All of the songs are great. I recommend downloading the whole album. His lyrics tell stories that everyone can enjoy. Be on the look out for these guys espically Geoffrey and Andrew. #10 Don't turn away, is a true story and my favorite song on the album. I know because I was there at the YMCA. I love these guys.

Biography

Formed: July 4, 2000 in Nashville, TN

Genre: Country

Years Active: '00s, '10s

The framework for country band the Lost Trailers has been around ever since guitarist and songwriter Stokes Nielson and a high school friend of his from Atlanta, keyboardist/vocalist Ryder Lee, released the independent CD The Story of the New Age Cowboy. It worked out so well that Nielson took the songs to the Nashville bar circuit, playing with Lee, a drummer, and a bassist as Stokes Nielson & the Lost Trailers, a name that was spawned from the fact that their tour trailer had been stolen twice...
