A fantastic, unique record, well worth your time exploring.
Strange Bedfellows
Once again The Polyamorous Affair expertly blends quirky, fun humor with depth and darkness and of course, sexiness. Sissy's beautiful, sexy vocals make you feel like you are eavesdropping on her private world. Eddie's range and control is stunning and his voice brings serious authenticity to songs that otherwise may be written off as just quirky and fun - this is a real artist even if the words make you smile. The combination of these two produces a truly unique musical experience. The music ranges from fun and upbeat to dark and thoughtful. The tunes are catchy and sometimes haunting. This duo is the definition of original. I don't think there is another band in history that has used the line "like an innocent baby wallaby" and sounded so sincere and sexy. You will love this album.
Sublime!
This record steps outside the boundaries of it's genre creating a sound thats hypnotic and trance like at times. Big things ahead for this band for sure. The rest just haven't caught up yet. Until then I'm happy to have them as my own little secret.
