Thought Provoking
Dan's music is deep, thoughtful and incredible. Not only can he play a mean guitar with tender instrumentals but his buttery voice wraps assuredly around soul searching songs that he wrote! Favorites include "Stangest Places" and "Song for Mowby."
Skilled, talented musician
I have had the pleasure of listening to this artist live, and enjoying this recording. Dan Costello is an incredibly skilled guitarist, as well as a charismatic vocalist. This album showcases those features while remaining approachable and fun. I highly recommend this album. My personal high points are likely the fantastic cover of "Walking in Memphis", the romantic "From This Day On", and the awesome guitar in "New Guy From Portland".
