Nice
Nice Change for Burial, its the same formula we all love but a different lighter more chill. mellow sound not as dark from his previous stuff.
He's growing
I expect a few Burial fans will say this record is too tame compared to what he's done in the past, but it is definitely a sign of growth in his music. There's been a progression from Distant Lights through here to a less-overtly dark feel, yet these tunes still conjure ethereal night worlds. This music still creates an atmosphere that wouldn't be out of place in movies like Dark City or The Matrix. Brilliant!
Brain Music!
Love this group, have all of their stuff, and i'm very impressed with the growth they've made with their music. Each consecutive album gets more intersting and i can honestly say they've come a long way from the darkness of their first album. Can't wait to hear more!
