Fantastic.
This EP is very strong. "Follow The Sun" has huge airplay potential, and I really hope to hear a lot more from this band. Olivia's voice is strong and present. Brian has some fantastic guitar tone, and the whole package is just beautiful!

I remember hearing some of SuckerForLights prior work and really liked them a lot. I was excited to hear about the release of their EP and I can't wait to hear them live sometime. Olivia has such a great voice and so does Brian (in the future I'm hoping Brian will consider singing more). I have the repeat button on The Wasted Years and Its Loud, Its Dark. Take a listen to them !
sucker for blondes
Music has always effected me emotionally. There is nothing like Patsy Cline, a soothing tea, and the rain. Or the strokes concert I went to in college with my Dad and the crush of the semester, where I downed half of a bottle of tequila in a water bottle in the parking lot, granted I saw double after fifteen minutes but who wouldn't want to see two concerts for the price of one?...had the time of my life. Although, sucker for lights compares more to the latter example of how music effects me, it's quality is nonetheless equally poignant.
I love listening to this album in the car on a sunny friday blasting toward downtown on the Fremont bridge thinking to myself how much I love the place where I was born. Try it sometime to, "follow the sun". Or ride your bike along the river to, "the wasted years". There is huge potential for this artist to go big, if they choose. People like things that sound good, melodic, with good range. No matter how jaded or hipster chic your mood might be rythmic, catchy, sexy, pop, sound is in and "suckerforlights" masters all the elements. Can't wait to hear it live.
