Reggae Still On Top!

Wow! Look! Listen! How many artist out there can boast longevity in the reggae business and consistently come through every time with something special. I am saying that Anthony B is worth every penny, nickel, & dime. The man is not without his few mishaps. He occasionally makes a slip into the digital world and computerize sound that gives you a sense that a song here and there feels a bit rushed but when he settles down into that good old rootsy sound, he elevates the music to higher heights every time. I will go broke trying to keep up with this brother's releases. Since So Many Things (classic) and My Hope, to Rise Up and countless others, the brother gets more passionate and wiser as time passes. He is one of the few out there who can boast a catalog that is magnificent, in that each album has something special to offer. There are a few sprinkles here and there on this one that just does not measure up to the overall production. However, I will gladly take 18 great tracks out of 21 anyday. Well done my brother. I know this is an old release but it still feels fresh and belongs on the stage of 2009.
