Surpisingly great!

People can remix a song to death, so that none of the integrity (and thus what made it a classic in the first place) of the song remains intact. But this ablum accomplishes that while still giving a fresh update for today's music scene. I love Ventura Highway it's my favorite of all the songs. I actually found this album looking for the original VH song. Others like What is Hip, and Express Yourself are also among my favorites on this album. All around, every song on here still feels like the classics but with a fresh twist, thanks to the individual remix artists' endeavors.
OMG This Album is so good!
by Rico CI missed the 70's (was too young), but these remixes remind me of Phil Steir's Steppenwolf remix of Magic Carpet Ride--DEAD ON, but with a little extra. Normally remakes and remixes aren't better than the original songs, but these are just amazingly good. The sound quality is so rich--I'm in heaven.
