Legendary!
This albumn is 'legendary'! From the smooth beats to the inspiring lyrics, this albumn is packed with hits. Every day I find myself whistling a different tune from the albumn. I can't wait to hear these songs on the radio! So 'reach out' to a friend and tell them about 'sun in a box',... next time you 'share the night' w/a special someone play 'this room spins.' 'Who will dare' to be the one to jam 'i shine' 'in his car'? You won't be dissappointed, buy this CD! Well, that's all i've got 'So this is the end' ;)
Rob Taylor = Awesome
A beautiful, fun, sincerely heartfelt work. Rob Taylor is up there with my very favorite musicians for the unashamed honesty in his lyrics and his unique, satisfying musical style. This album is defintely his best in my opinion. It's inspiring and touching, you can really feel it and relate to it, yet it's not preachy or cheesy. It's so hard to find music like that. My favorite tracks are "Legendary", "23 Summertimes" (which I've heard live), "This Room Spins" (A highlight for it's swirly, artsy sound) "Reach Out" (which made me cry) and "So this is the End." Great stuff!
This Album Shines
This collection of songs is so compelling, honest and meaningful. It is one of those albums that you feel the artist is speaking directly to you -- telling stories that you can care about and relate to on an emotional level. "Sun in a Box" is an album for people who like great music. It refuses to fit in one little niche. Each song is fresh and introduces new musical landscapes for Rob to tell his charming, poetic, yet relatable thoughts. I condiser myself very lucky to have been introduced to this new artist and consider this album one of my favorite musical discoveries. Ever.
