Another beautiful track brought to us by Mr. Lennox. The waves crash and the synths twinkle and glisten and I smile. I just do wish that we could hear the full Actress remix since it had to be cut down to fit on the 7" vinyl. And now we wait for Tomboy...

album mix is much better
panda's mix just isn't the best. the noisy chorus and the strange pitchshift vocals in the background; it all just doesnt work out well. thankfully, on the album, sonic boom downplayed them and created a much more enjoyable sounding song. wait for tomboy, skip this single.

Noah Lennox adopted the name Panda Bear in the late '90s, when he drew a picture of a panda on one of his first bedroom studio recordings. He grew up in Pennsylvania, went to college at the University of Boston, and eventually found his way to New York City, where he met his future Animal Collective bandmates Avey Tare, Geologist, and Deakin.
