Sweet Drifters Breeze
I saw these fellas in Memphis, TN a while back and they 100% blew my mind! I can not wait until they return but in the meantime this CD might keep me sane. The proggresive bluegrass these guys play is definatly the best I've been blessed to hear, great lyrics with emotion with even better musical backings. A great buy for bluegrass fans.
breath of fresh air
have seen these guys several times in nashville and they're amazing. there are few bands this young who are able to focus their talent so well. the melodies, harmonies and breakdowns are executed with the precision of a band twice their age, but there's more soul and spirit than the average bluegrass band. they definitely have a reverence for and understanding of folk music, and they explore it without leaving the bluegrass behind. if you like any music that falls under the umbrella of americana, check them out.

Great bluegrass album! They are also excellent live - get to Norm's River Roadhouse and enjoy a PBR as they play.
