can't wait for 8/24!
F***ing Amazing
I love this band...found their EP earlier this year. I cannot stop listening to this album...and, yes, I have thier new album, "Cloak and Cipher". This band reminds me a lot of a female Radiohead meets Broken Social Scene. You can definitely hear some post-rock/post-hardcore drum parts on the album.
I just can't seem to explain how good these guys/gals are...please buy the album "Cloak and Cipher"!!!

Land of Talk feature Elizabeth Powell (vocals/guitar), a former punk who got her start playing her own anti-folk anthems on the local scene of Guelph, Ontario, during her mid-teens.
