Good combination of instruments and harmony
I first saw this band on the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica and was instantaneously drawn to their beautiful harmony as well as unique choice of instruments. The guitar and cello go together quite beautifully as do the two band member's voices. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for good music...truly good music.
Glad I found Ken Oak on I-tunes
I first saw the Ken Oak Band @ the LA county Fair in 2005. I was selling jewlery cleaner in the building behind their stage and when I went on break I was drawn like a fly to a flame to their music. They were playing "Live for Myself" and as soon as they broke I went up and bought Symposym. Since then I've played it for so many people I can't count, I love their sound and I just downloaded everything on I tunes by them. Ken come to Lafayette LA and play at Artmosphere! You'd fit right in!

this is real music. i've actually heard this band play live at santa monica and they were really good! i hope they continue to make more albums. this album is worth buying!
