London Elektricity does it again! Again!
I, like some of the other reviewers, also discovered some of the tracks on the Hospital Records podcast. London Elektricity lists a lot of influences on his myspace (which is more than what you would expect from most musicians), and they all are vibrantly shown here, such as the Rock-style bassline on "Attack Ships on Fire", the piano/vocal sample/guitar riff on "Bare Religion", the riffs on "All Hell is Breaking Loose", and that wobbly jungle bassline and straight-ahead drum and bass beat on "Point of No Return". Lots of songs on this album feature the always-pleasing jazz vocalist Liane Carroll, who brings that classic flavor and goes even beyond hear normal sound at the same time. This album takes drum and bass to a level that some junglists would not forsee: melodic, experimental, and classy. Five stars.

This man continues to lead the front in the D&B industry!! Inspiring and innovative!! Just amazing. If you are new to the scene then you're lucky that you get to jump in and hear D&B at it's absolute finest!!! Buy buy buy buy!!!!!!

I have been waiting for this since Tony first played Attack ships on fire on the Hospital Podcast. This album is unbelievable, Drum n Bass can sound very similar to people outside this "cult" if you can call it that, but London Elektricity brings a unique sound, that works great on the dancefloor but its also great for listening at home on your own. I had the pleasure to see Tony live Djing in L.A. and unfortunatelly for me, the live act was already over. I would love a chance to see London Elektricity on it's live format again, please one more tour!
