Fresh exciting writing and brilliant guitar playing
The guitar playing is really expressive and filled with passion. The writing is diverse and unique.
The melodies stay with you. This is an album I listen to over and over again.

Brilliant Masterpiece!
This is a wonderful achievement. Reynold never ceases to amaze me. This is s collection I have listened to 20 times over. There is something deep in this music that harkens up feelings of a great history. From the cool ride of "Vienna Blues " to the intensity of "Never Mind", I am bowled over by Reynolds craft and skill. I hear his Jazz influences as well as his classical influences. Reynold is an artist with an encyclopedia music mind. I happen to know that he is also an amazing painter and a great singer! "Tales from the North woods" is truly a masterpiece! Andy Lindquist
