Best Billie Album Yet

It's amazing to watch this Artist progress and present her latest Album Tea & Sympathy... It is by far her best work yet. You can tell that impressive amounts of thought and skill crafted production went into this music Jem. Billies Voice is Strong and powerful at times but yet soothing!

Notable songs are:
The ghostly catchy tune "I Hope Your Happy Now", "Lady Jane" a song about the sad twist of unfulfilled Hollywood Dreams, to a renewed version of her song "You Send Me Flying"

There are "No Regrets Allowed" with this Album because it's beyond "Wonderful"

Tea & Sympathy is a sheer delight

"Tea & Sympathy" is a smartly crafted and poetic record. I anticipated new material for years and was not one bit disappointed with this newest effort. Billie Myers is the quintessential singer/songwriter, one who taps into the psyches and emotions of her fans so well that listening to her music is therapeutic. My favorite tracks are "Lady Jane," "Wonderful," and "Painfully Happy," so I recommend you get ahold of at least those three songs.

Billie is back, and in top form!

I've been waiting for a new album by Billie for years, and Tea and Sympathy did not disappoint. Everything you've come to expect from Billie whether that's killer vocals, extremely honest (sometimes a little snarky) lyrics, or great artistry, it's all here.

Tea and Sympathy was by far my favorite album released in 2009. Each song fits the album perfectly, there's no filler at all. She's also included a new version of the fan favorite "You Send Me Flying." This new version gives the song a new groove. She tinkers more with electronica sounds on this go around, and it suits the music well.

There are songs like Lady Jane will grab you immediately. I promise, you will find yourself singing the chorus to yourself all the time. Other songs like You Wear Heaven and Anonymous are slow burners. You Wear Heaven has thins funky almost southern groove that just creeps into your system. Of course, there's also classic Billie ballads like I Hope You're Happy Now, and slightly bitter but completely fun tracks like Not Another Love Song (my fav).

Also, please don't forget to check out the really great remixes of Wonderful that Barry Harris did. They're here on iTunes as well, and currently racing up the billboard dance charts.

Billie Myers, born in England, came to the world of popular music in 1997 with her debut release Growing, Pains. Her vocal style is a combination of pop, jazz and world music. There has always been a defined line, though invisible, between pop lyrics and poetry; Billie originally began writing poetry as a child, and in doing so has successfully joined the two together in cohesive, accessible music.
