Great Collection
Really good collection of Michael McLean songs. There is a good message throughout. I just heard him perform "Ninety and Nine" live - it was great! My faves on this are "Lullaby for Me" and "She Doesn't Know" . Traces 8, 9, 10, 14, 15 were released many, many years ago - but are still some of the best.
Amazing
I love his songs. My favorite is Mary let me hold her baby from the Christmas carols.
Ninety and nine
Our young women group sang this song and I love it!
I just wish that they would have sung it differently on the album.

Incredibly prolific and talented, songwriter Michael McLean developed a strong following in the Latter-day Saint community. His Christmas album The Forgotten Carols continues to be a best-seller for him, and his live concerts of the work continue to be sold out as well. Such popularity had a very humble beginning, however. He began not as a composer but as a producer of the HomeFront ad campaign for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
