Tenth Avenue North has secured its place in the Christian pop/rock firmament thanks to a pair of well-realized studio albums and a relentless touring schedule. Recorded at a Charleston, S.C., concert, Live: Inside and In Between gives a sense of this Florida foursome’s onstage prowess as well as its unambiguous commitment to its faith. The EP features six of the band’s signature tunes, along with onstage commentary by lead singer Mike Donehey. The tracks capture Tenth Avenue North’s ability to combine worshipful lyric themes with compact, melodic songwriting and an agile yet hefty musical attack. The glistening roar of “Love Is Here,” the accelerating momentum of “Strong Enough to Save,” and the pulsating atmosphere of “Healing Begins” all come through with intense clarity. Donehey’s humble testimony as he introduces “By Your Side” speaks to the band’s collective sense of mission. Live: Inside and In Between catches Tenth Avenue North on the ascent, summing up where the band has been and raising expectations about where it's heading.

FINALLY!!
Anyone who has seen Tenth Ave live knows without a shadow of a doubt that there is hardly another live show as good as theirs! The only problem with seeing them live, you only get to see that show once. Finally, there is a chance to hear their amazing talents of live music over and over and over again; right from your iPod! What makes this band so phenomenal? You may say it's their catchy melodies, beautiful harmonies, inspiring/uplifting lyrics, amazing guitar riffs, thumping bass lines, or jammin' drum parts; and I would have to agree with you on everything. I would also argue that the thing that sets this band apart is not anything musical. On the contrary, it is their love and passion for their Lord Jesus Christ. They know that their musical abilities are only gifts from the Lord and because of that, they strive to use those gifts for him in everything they do. You can see their love flowing through every single lyric! This is an AMAZING band; I would be the first one to say that! In addition to that, this is an awesome group of Christ loving guys too. They have also surrounded themselves with wives, crew, and staff that also share their passion. All these things lead us as listeners to get the chance to enjoy one of the greatest worship bands to date, Tenth Avenue North.
