Ok, ya ya, i love this album and all that, but wheres the rest of their stuff?? sorry i stole yo gurl? 3 AM? Molly Makeout? ??? itunes had 2 of their eps (demo and the sketch project) but for some reason, they took them off and put these on... Check yes to get the sketch process and demo back!!!
Fueled by Ramen
On October 14th, 2008, Fueled by Ramen released three EPs. This is one, another is by "Rocket to the Moon", and the third is by "This Providence". Surprisingly enough, they are all the same band with a different name. FBR has seemingly perfected the art of finding talentless, rejected Abercrombie and Fitch models that can play guitar and sing with the assistance of state-of-the-art recording equipment. But do not fear my friends! You too can be a star, just follows my 7 easy steps. Step 1: Take a name of a state or city and associate it to the female gender. Step 2: Learn the following chords on guitar, F#, C and G. Step 3: Play the above listed chords in any order and sing about the name mentioned in step 1. Step 4: Grow a fashionista mullet (see Friday Night Boys photos) Step 5: Create a myspace page. Step 6: Wait for Fueled by Ramen to recruit you. Step 7: Profit.
When is the full length?!?!?!
This is now the third EP that The Friday Night Boys have released and yet still no cd it seems. That's not to say this EP isn't good though at all. It keeps up with their very pop influenced rock and impressive guitar work that have been seen in the past. The only really new songs on here are "Chasing a Rock Star" and "Celebrity Life." That is my only complaint about this EP just because I was hoping for more new material than the old stuff. But still a great buy for new comers of these guys. Definitely reccommend purchasing the two singles songs I stated before. Now it's time for the cd!!!
