Put it on , move around a little...
This EP showcases this duos' knack for combining catchy electronic melodies and lush, yet intimate vocal arrangements. There is a elegant simplicity to their songs that belies their ability to spread things out across the aural spectrum. This music is simple, yet "expansive". From the plaintive appeal of "The Leaves Change But you Don't" to the heart-throbbing electronica of "Patches", this EP clearly demonstrates this bands intention to push the boundaries of both melody and verse. A very appealing album, left me wanting to hear more, and hoping I will be able to catch their live show sometime.

This EP is pretty legit. My favs are ceiling lights, under the meteor shower, and leaving the snow, but they're all good. i had an earlier version (not too great of sound quality) of under the meteor shower...great track to ski to when you're just cruisin through some pow. Can't wait for next ski season to have these songs pop on when it's steep and deep. As for the rest of the EP, all good tracks to run to when you're just cruisin around and not really pushin it. Great tracks to have playing in your car or when your doin stuff around the house too...all in all, it's a great album for a variety of activities. i highly recommend buying the entire album, press play, and sit back and relax on the couch or bed for the first listen (headphones optional). after that, just enjoy some great tunes.
Stunning Debut
Analog Affair’s debut offers complex yet addictive tracks, likable on so many levels. Their eclectic sound sways from dark and powerful to upbeat and soothing. Flexible and fascinating lyrics delivered with a memorable and vulnerable voice, it feels personal enough to be authentic but general enough to relate to. What makes the album for me are the subtle complex rhythms, allowing the album to maintain a balance of tension and beauty that reveals itself to you over time. Breathtaking, beautiful, I can’t wait to hear more dank beats from this emerging artist.
